Failed uploading images

Hello, I am trying to use the Figma to Wordpress plugin, and it keeps failing at uploading images.
It gives me the error “Failed uploading images” with a Try Again button.

I’ve tryed over 10 times and it always fails.

Please help!

Brandon

Hi @wantafix,

They are working on a solution.

Hey @wantafix !

Good news, the Engineering team fixed this problem and a new plugin version for Figma has been released today! :star_struck: :raised_hands:

You don’t need to do anything, just refresh Figma in your browser or restart it if Desktop.

You can check the release announcement here:

Let me know if you need anything else!

Thanks @Melanie

Unfortunately I needed to deliver the website to my client a week ago, so I built it from scratch and cancelled my subscription to Yotako.

If you’d like to get me a beta tester license, I’d gladly try it again, but paying $40 for something that was unusable left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Thanks @wantafix,

Just to clarify, your design was probably coming from html2design or another tool that created an unprecedented amount of nodes inside your Figma file (not a way a designer typically designs), which took us a few days to solve on our end to be compatible with this kind of issues.

About the beta tester access, I will send you a pm

Thanks again and looking forward to keep working with you!

Nope, just my two S-tier design girls.

Sounds good! Looking forward to the DM.
